Lunch!

So after my breakfast fiasco, I made an effort to come home and have a healthy lunch! Tuna w/ a tablespoon of miracle whip, tomato, egg, cheese,watermelon and a nectarine...



A good long run this afternoon is required ... That 0 in the exercise column is killing me!! This double double's are NOT helping either... Gulp!

Ch-ch-ch-changes...

So changing food habits means more than just changing what you eat. It also entails changing your entire approach to eating! For a reeeeeally long time I was not a breakfast eater, which is pretty much one of the worst things you can possibly do to your body. So I have been making more of an effort to eat breakfast, which again was spurred on by the initial dress diet, but here's where things get really tricky... I have to be AT work by 5am... needless to say thats less then ideal for breakfast making. This morning I was faced with the challenge of having 5 minutes to get out the door, yet still needing to make breakfast. My solution this morning was a couple sandwich bags full of watermelon and cherries along with a carnation instant breakfast. So obviously I am going to have to get in to some sort of night time routine for packing breakfast/morning snack. What are your favorite breakfasts on the go or to pre-pack? Any help is greatly appreciated!

My other crutch, the Tim Horton's double double will be the next battle to fight, but at this point that is still a requirement to start the day... it IS usually 4:45 in the morning... don't you judge me.

Measurements still to be done, dress shopping did not lead to measurements... so no dresses either. Also none fit except a size I thought I had long said goodbye to. Greatly displeased.
